At JP Impact Group, we don't hire employees. We build leaders. Everyone who walks through our door in Garden City starts in the same place — entry level, learning the fundamentals, earning their reps. But where you start and where you finish are two very different things. The whole point of this business is to take someone with drive and no ceiling on their ambition, and give them a real path to running their own office.
That's not a slogan we put on the wall. It's the actual business model.
Here's the difference between an employee and a leader.
An employee waits to be told what to do. A leader takes ownership before anyone asks. An employee blames the weather, the territory, the economy, the lead list. A leader looks in the mirror first. An employee wants comfort. A leader wants to be stretched, because they know growth only happens on the other side of hard things.
We're honest about this up front: this is not an easy job, and it's not for everyone. We hold a standard. We expect you to lead yourself before you ever lead anyone else. We reinforce discipline, integrity, commitment, and accountability — every day, not just when it's convenient. If that sounds like pressure, it is. But it's the same pressure that turns a rep into a trainer, a trainer into a manager, and a manager into an owner.

Because talent is everywhere, but developed people are rare. Anyone can get lucky once. What we care about is whether you can do it again, and then teach someone else to do it too. That's what separates a good month from a real career.
